Important Information

Once you submit your application, our team will review the details provided. We may reach out for additional information or clarification if needed. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays in processing your application.

If you are accepted and proceed with the rental, you will be required to pay a holding fee of upto a maximum of 1 weeks rent to secure the property. This will go towards your first months rent, but you will lose it if you change your mind or mislead us in any way.

We will conduct credit checks and referencing as part of our onboarding process, a security deposit is also required this is a maximum of 5 weeks rent. Only once you have successfully passed referencing and the security deposit has been cleared we will be able to release the keys.
